Top 10 tips to stay feeling well
To us, at Haus of Bliss, leading a healthy, happy vibrant life is just very high on our list of priorities. Whilst at times, its feels like we can't find the time, incorporating a few simple habits into your daily routine can make a HUGE difference. In this blog, we suggest our top 10 things that help us stay vibrant and energetic MOST of the time. It's simply not possible to be like this al the time. Remember, looking after your overall wellbeing is prioritising your physical, mental, and emotional health.
1. Prioritize Sleep:
A good night's sleep is essential for rejuvenating both your body and mind. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night to enhance your mood, concentration, and overall productivity. Im trying really hard to get this back at the moment. So turning phones off early as possible and reading and journaling to get out of my head
2. Eat Nutritious Foods:
A well-balanced diet plays a vital role in maintaining optimal health. Focus on incorporating fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats into your meals. 3. Stay Hydrated:
Water is the elixir of life. Adequate hydration is necessary for your body to function optimally. Aim to drink at least 8 cups (64 ounces) of water each day. Carry a water bottle with you to ensure you are staying hydrated throughout the day.
4. Engage in Regular Exercise:
Physical activity not only keeps your body fit but also boosts your mental well-being and KEEPS YOU HAPPY!! Find an exercise routine that suits your schedule. Whether it's yoga, running, swimming, or dancing, aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise most days of the week. We LOVE the active sisters, F45 and slow long walks along the beach!
5. Manage Stress:
Stress can take a toll on your overall well-being. Find healthy ways to manage stress, such as practicing deep breathing exercises, meditation, yoga, or engaging in activities you enjoy.
