We are here to nourish your body, soul and mind. Your soul is your inner being, it’s who you are, and we’re here to transport you to a place where you feel most at peace. Using a combination of reiki (a Japanese healing modality), cleansing herbs, and organic herbal tinctures, we combine all our tools to uplift and rejuvenate you during your treatment. Our treatments are more than surface level. While we love a good brow, we’re here to revitalise you. 

We begin all treatments with an eye pillow gently placed over your eyes and guiding you through three long deep belly breaths, signalling your body to shift from flight or fight mode and transcend into a relaxed state. This not only moves your body into a relaxed state but your mind and soul. Slowing down your nervous system lets you totally immerse yourself in your treatment. 

In alignment with calming your nervous system, we offer a range of options that you can choose during your treatment to relax further. For example, you're given the option of having a weighted blanket to help calm any hints of anxiety or stress that can pop into your when trying to relax.

We also offer noise-cancelling headphones that block out any surrounding noise. So you can listen to a carefully curated playlist or meditation. Taking your mind away from life's daily stressors. 

And for those who really need it, we offer crystal sound bowl healing. You can immerse and heal yourself in the gentle sounds of a crystal bowl to nourish your soul.
